Refund policy

At BuyNest, we maintain a strict quality check process before dispatching every order. Due to the nature of our products and logistics operations, we do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, size issues, or personal preference once an order has been delivered.

Returns and refunds are only applicable in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing buy.nest.trust@gmail.com along with clear photos and videos as proof. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

All approved claims will be verified by our team. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds will only be processed if a replacement is not available. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving valid bank details from the customer.

Products must remain unused and in original packaging in order to qualify for any approved claim. Items that show signs of use, physical damage, or tampering will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. BuyNest reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
